Advertising and affiliate disclosure
This site earns money in three ways: affiliate commission when you book a ticket through a link we provide, display advertising, and clearly labelled paid placements. None of them change the facts we publish or which venues we cover.
Affiliate links
Some pages link to ticket and booking platforms. If you buy through one of those links, we may receive a
commission. You pay the same price either way. Every affiliate link on this site is marked with
rel="sponsored" and sits inside a block labelled as a booking link, so you always know what you are
clicking. We do not add an affiliate link to a page just because a commission exists — only where booking
ahead is genuinely how the venue works.
Display advertising
Pages may carry advertising served by third-party networks. Those networks may use cookies; see our cookies notice. Advertisers have no say in our editorial content and no advance sight of it.
Paid placements
Where a venue has paid for placement, the block is labelled Sponsored in plain language at the top,
and the links inside it carry rel="sponsored". A paid placement never changes the verified facts
on a page and never buys the removal of unfavourable information. If a venue asks us to delete an accurate
detail as a condition of payment, we decline the payment.
What money does not buy
- A place in a list, or a better position in one.
- The removal or softening of an accurate fact.
- Editorial approval of a page before publication.
