Things to do in Dubai, decided by price and by who is allowed in
Most “things to do” lists tell you what somebody enjoyed. This one tells you what each thing costs, who is allowed in, and where the operator publishes nothing at all. 21 of the 41 attractions here publish an adult price, from AED 15 at Riverland Dubai to AED 699 at XLine Dubai Marina. The other 20 do not, and that is stated rather than filled in. Below, the same set organised by the question people actually arrive with: how old are the children, how much is there to spend, and what is the occasion.
By the age of your children
The age gate is what decides a day out, and it is published nowhere in one place. Every threshold in these five pages is the operator’s or the authority’s own wording — including the venues that publish two different rules on two of their own pages.

There is no “best of” list on this page and there will not be one. A ranking by enjoyment is an opinion with a number attached, and this site does not publish opinions — the reasoning is set out in the editorial policy. What you will find instead is every table ordered by something an operator actually published: a price, an age, a height, a closing time. Where we have worked something out ourselves — a median, a break-even, VAT added to a pre-VAT figure — the page says so on the page.
The other thing you will find is absence, stated plainly. 12 of the 41 attractions here publish no price you can budget from. Sky Views publishes two different height limits for the same walk. RTA publishes no rule at all about prams on the metro. Those are not gaps in our research; they are the finding, and a list that smoothed them over would be less useful than one that names them.
