Dubai theme parks: the prices the operator prints, and the ones it does not

What the operator prices, in its own words

Three prices for the same two-park ticket

All three of the pages below are live on the operator’s own domain, and all three describe a same-day two-park ticket. We publish all three rather than choosing.

Note that the regular price is itself given twice as AED 395 and once as AED 590. The AED 355 page also adds a condition the others do not: Real Madrid World is mandatory, plus one choice from the other three parks. Two of these three windows expired more than a year ago and both pages still read as current offers.

Annual passes, priced consistently — except for one tier’s name

Above those sit Ultimate Platinum at AED 1,495, a family tier at AED 2,156 and a top tier at AED 2,395 that two operator pages give two different names — “Ultimate Platinum Plus” on one, “Ultimate VIP” on the other. The prices match; the product names do not.

The benefit wording is worth reading before buying a Silver: it buys park access with blackout days, and entry on a blackout day costs “only 50 per day” on top. Only Multi Park Gold states “365 days unlimited access – no blackout dates”. Which dates are blacked out for which tier is not published anywhere. No adult and child prices, anywhere

This is the finding that should stop a family budgeting a day here. Across five attractions, the operator publishes exactly one adult-versus-child price pair, and it is for go-karts: Riverland’s Speed Zone at AED 125 adult and AED 50 child — with the child age band left unstated. The only admission age threshold published anywhere on the site is “children under 3 enter for free”, on the Legoland ticketing page.

Neon Galaxy is the exception that proves the rule: it bands by age and by height (2 to under 6 / 98 cm), which is exactly the clarity the gate tickets lack. The hours page with no hours

The operator has a page headed “Parks Opening Hours”. Its entire text content is two lines: “All attractions will close 30min prior to park closing” and “Please note: Park Hours are subject to change”. The times sit behind a date-picker that renders nothing as text.

The only clock times published anywhere on the site are incidental: Riverland’s restaurants “12pm - 10pm daily” and Neon Galaxy’s Cosmic Cafe “11am till 9pm”. There is no open/closed indicator, no ride-closure list and no seasonal statement for any of the five parks. The only closure language is in the terms, which reserve the right to close areas “without prior notice and without refund, liability or compensation”.

Legoland Dubai and its water park are separately and currently closed — their prices are listed above because the operator still shows them, not because you can buy them today. Everything not fully open is on the closures page, and the seasonal picture is on seasonal closures.

Campaign pages that were never retired

We check dates on every page we read, and this operator’s site is the clearest example we have found of what happens when marketing pages are created and never taken down. Live today: an offer dated “6 – 9 November 2025”; a “From 1 July 2025” summer offer on two URLs; a “January 12 - March 16, 2026” promotion; a “Kids Go Free 2024” campaign page still reachable; and four seasonal offers whose dates carry no year at all, which makes them impossible to check.

Two price fields on live pages are simply broken: one renders the literal “Starting from AED including tax” with no number, and another prints “AED : 3500” with no product attached. A UAE resident rate of AED 199 is published for a window running “9th May to Sunday, 25th May” — with no year, so there is no way to tell whether it is live.
