Dubai observation decks: what each one publishes
Getting above Dubai costs from AED 89 at Sky Views to AED 769 for the Burj Khalifa’s top tier. Two of the four publish a UAE resident discount and two publish none. And Emaar, whose observation deck is the one everybody searches for, publishes no child price at all — it states only that a child ticket cannot be bought without an adult one.

Sky Views is the only one of the four that publishes a flat adult price rather than a “from” figure, and the only one that publishes no opening hours anywhere on its own site — not on its homepage, its observatory page or its FAQ.
The prime-hours pricing that no longer exists
Almost every guide to the Burj Khalifa explains how to save money by avoiding “prime hours” around sunset. Emaar no longer publishes prime and non-prime prices. Its tickets are now Silver, Gold and Platinum, one price each. The only surviving acknowledgement that time affects cost is a single line on its own experience page — “prices for the visiting hours are also different, the highest being the prices at sunset” — with no times and no figures attached.
So there is a sunset premium and its size is not published. Any page that gives you a specific prime-hours figure is quoting a structure Emaar has stopped printing.
Children
The Burj Khalifa publishes no numeric child price. What it does publish: under-threes enter free, under-sixteens must be accompanied at all times, and “child tickets cannot be purchased independently and need to be purchased along with an adult ticket”. So a family cannot price a visit from the operator’s own site without starting a booking.
The other three do publish child rates. The View splits at adult 13+ and child 3+; Sky Views at adult 8+ and child 3–8, which is unusually low — a nine-year-old pays full price there. Ain Dubai publishes no child rate but requires anyone under 16 to be with an adult of 21 or over.
Resident discounts, and one the operator states twice
Ain Dubai publishes “20% off for UAE residents only”, applied automatically: Views drops from AED 145 to AED 116, Views Plus from 195 to 156, Premium from 265 to 212. The View at The Palm publishes a resident rate from AED 95 for adults.
On The View’s child resident rate, its own website says two different things. Its dedicated resident-offer page states AED 70 per child; its offers index states “from AED 55 per child”. Both are the operator’s own pages. We are reporting both rather than choosing, because we have no basis for choosing. Neither page publishes an ID requirement or a validity date.
The Burj Khalifa and Sky Views publish no resident offer at all.
Bluewaters parking, two rules for one car park
Bluewaters Island publishes underground parking at AED 20 per hour, with three hours free on a spend of AED 100 or more, and valet from AED 55. Ain Dubai separately states that its ticket holders get up to four hours, validated at the ticket office on the day.
Those are two different validations from two different operators for the same car park — one earned by spending, one by holding a ticket. Both are published; neither page mentions the other. The rest of Dubai’s mall parking rates are compared here.
