The full admission-only adult ticket is AED 149 and the child ticket (4–17) is AED 79, but the museum's homepage advertises 50% off admission for the summer. It does not print what that comes to and publishes no end date, and we do not calculate it for you, so check the homepage before booking. Adding Tea Bar access costs AED 169 for an adult and AED 99 for a child at full price, or AED 25 on top of an admission-only ticket. A VIP ticket is AED 269.

The museum's own pages give two different answers. Its homepage says 10:00–23:00 Monday to Thursday and 10:00–24:00 Friday to Sunday, with last admission at 22:00 and 23:00. Its tickets page and FAQ page both say 10:00–22:00 and 10:00–23:00, with last admission at 21:00 and 22:00. Plan around the earlier last-admission times, 21:00 Monday to Thursday and 22:00 Friday to Sunday, because arriving by those works whichever schedule is in force.

The museum estimates an average visit of about 90 minutes.

Children aged 4–17 pay the child rate — AED 79 admission-only or AED 99 with Tea Bar at full price, less whatever the advertised 50% summer offer comes to, which the museum does not print. The free-entry age is not settled on the museum's own site: its FAQ says children under 4 enter free, while its tickets page says infants under 3 enter free. Ask the museum directly if you are bringing a 3-year-old. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets can be bought on-site, but the museum recommends booking online in advance because priority admission is given to visitors with an advance reservation.
