Emaar, the developer of Dubai Creek Harbour, gives a different figure: it says The Viewing Point is "extending 70 metres over the creek". The two official descriptions disagree on how far it projects over the water, so we publish both. The nearest public transport is Dubai Creek Harbour Marine Transport Station, about five minutes' walk away, per Visit Dubai; it is a separate place from Downtown Dubai and Souk Al Bahar.
