Prices below are transcribed from the three menu PDFs Sirene publishes on its own site (sirenebeach.com/menus), dated October 2025 and checked on 3 September 2026: the à la carte menu, the pool and beach snack menu, and the dessert menu. They are the restaurant's own dining-room prices, not a delivery listing. Each PDF carries the same small print, quoted here in full: “All prices are in AED, inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% VAT.
