Prices below are transcribed from the three September 2026 menu PDFs Sirene publishes on its own menus page (sirenebeach.com/menus): the à la carte menu, the beach and pool menu, and the dessert menu, read on 8 October 2026. They replace the October 2025 menus checked earlier; dishes no longer printed (among them the langoustine tartare, the rotisserie chicken and the red bream tempura) have been removed. Each PDF carries the same small print, quoted here in full: “All prices are in AED, inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% VAT. Subject to 7% municipality fee.” In other words the 7% municipality fee is added on top of every figure below.
