Ski Dubai: Timings, Ticket Prices and Passes

Ski Dubai opens at 10:00 Monday through Thursday and Friday, and at 09:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Closing is 23:00 on weekdays and midnight (00:00) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. First tickets are sold before opening and last tickets before closing.

A 2-hour Slope Pass is AED 240 and a full-day Slope Pass is AED 340, both for age 3 and up. Both include unlimited chairlift and draglift access, a free locker, and gear rental.

Slope passes include gear rental. Some packages, such as the Morning Hike and Freestyle Night, separately state that clothing rental is included; confirm exactly what is bundled with the pass you select at checkout on the operator's own site.

Ski Dubai now prices four Snow Park passes on its own passes page: Snow Base AED 190, Snow Park Pass AED 249, Snow Daycation AED 335 and Snow Premium AED 499 per person, under a "special weekday pricing" banner. Snow Base covers one-time Snow Park access, unlimited rides, the daily Penguin March, clothing rental and fleece gloves; the dearer passes add chairlift rides, the Mountain Thriller and, at the top, a Penguin Encounter and Snow Bullet zipline rides. Prices are stated to include 5% VAT.

Slope passes admit guests aged 3 and up. Guests aged 2 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket for both slope and Snow Park areas.

Ski Dubai is inside Mall of the Emirates on Sheikh Zayed Road, directly connected to the Mall of the Emirates metro station on the Red Line.

Ski Dubai does not publish a fixed daily schedule of penguin show or Penguin Encounter times on skidxb.com. The Penguin Encounter is booked online for a specific time slot, and guests are asked to arrive 40 minutes before their chosen slot; check availability and times directly on the operator's booking page.

The Penguin Encounter is a separate, up-to-40-minute experience with an interactive educational session, underwater viewing and a meet-and-greet with Ski Dubai's penguins, plus a free standard locker; groups are capped at 12 people and it does not include Snow Park access.
