Parkin, the operator of the mall's car parks, publishes a Monday-to-Friday visitor schedule of fees: the first 4 hours are free, 4-5 hours costs AED 20, 5-6 hours AED 40, 6-7 hours AED 60, 7-8 hours AED 100, and 8 hours or more AED 150. Overnight parking is listed at AED 350. Parkin publishes no weekend table, and Majid Al Futtaim's site states weekend parking is free.

Parkin's mall parking FAQ says that if you are away for less than 60 minutes, your two stays are added together and charged as one. If you stay away for more than 60 minutes, the earlier session is excluded and the clock starts again.

Parkin's fee table lists an Overnight rate of AED 350, but Parkin's own mall parking FAQ also states that overnight parking is not permitted and that this is shown on the signage, with night fees applying if a vehicle is left after mall closure without being moved. Treat overnight parking as discouraged and expensive.

It is ticketless and barrier-free: cameras read your number plate at entry and exit through the Parkin system. Any fee owed is sent to you by SMS with a payment link, or can be paid through the Parkin app, by debit/credit card, or Apple Pay.
