This is the pool and beach menu — the one that matters if you have bought a beach package, since the package is redeemable against it. Gitano publishes a separate restaurant dining and chef's tasting menu, and a cocktail menu, as further PDFs. The small print on the menu reads: “All prices are in AED (Dirhams) and are inclusive of 5% VAT and 10% service charge. Subject to 7% municipality fee.” The 7% municipality fee is therefore added on top of every figure below. The two 'add' lines under Salads are supplements, not dishes.
