Palm Jumeirah Mall (formerly Nakheel Mall): Free Parking, Hours and The View

Yes. Dubai Holding Asset Management announced the official renaming of Nakheel Mall to Palm Jumeirah Mall on 3 September 2025, when the mall's redeveloped section opened. It is the same building on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, and nakheelmall.ae now redirects to palmjumeirahmall.ae.

Yes. The mall's own FAQ states directly: "Yes, Palm Jumeirah Mall offers free parking for visitors" and confirms it again as "Yes, parking is free at Palm Jumeirah Mall." No hourly limit or validation step is published.

Yes. The mall's FAQ on facilities for disabled guests says it provides wheelchair access, disabled parking and restrooms designed for visitors with disabilities. It does not publish how many accessible bays there are or where they sit.

Sunday to Wednesday, 10:00 to 22:00; Thursday to Saturday, 10:00 to midnight, per the mall's FAQ.

The mall's own page, published before the renaming, gave the access point as "Nakheel Mall Rooftop, Level 2". The View's site says the elevator from the mall reaches level 52 of Palm Tower in about three minutes. The View is open 10:00 to 20:00 with last entry at 19:00.

Not at the moment. The monorail operator states that service is temporarily suspended until further notice due to maintenance. The mall's FAQ still lists the monorail transfer as the published route, so finish the trip by taxi or car.

The View at The Palm's own site says the nearest parking lot is at The Palm View West and refers to it as a paid lot, which is separate from the mall's free visitor parking.
