The Beach JBR Parking: AED 20 an Hour, Free Hours and Validation

AED 20 per hour. Spend AED 100 or more on one bill at a participating outlet and validate with your plate number for the first 3 hours free; after that each hour is AED 20.

Only with validation. A single bill of AED 100 or more at a participating outlet gives the first 3 hours free, or up to 4 hours at Roxy Cinemas, Sea Breeze, Bla Bla Dubai and Pavilion restaurants. Receipts from carts, vans and kiosks do not count.

Give your car plate number at a participating outlet when you spend AED 100 or more. You can validate only once, and you then have 15 minutes to exit the car park.

There is no ticket; your plate is read on entry. Pay at the stations near the lift lobbies or escalators before going back to the car — the machines give change. The Beach's getting-here page also lists Salik-enabled payment.

AED 55 per vehicle per day for standard valet and AED 110 for VIP, both including 5% VAT.

The Beach says to get off at DMCC station and take the tram to JBR 1 or JBR 2, then walk.

Shops close at 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and midnight on Friday and Saturday. Restaurants and cafés stay open to midnight Sunday to Thursday and 01:00 on Friday and Saturday.

They differ by day. The Beach JBR does not keep one set of hours across the week, so there is no single opening or closing time to give. The day-by-day breakdown in the table above is the operator’s own, and it is the only version we publish. Hours can shift during Ramadan and on public holidays.

AED 20 per hour — "The parking fee at The Beach JBR is AED20 per hour" (FAQ); the services page describes it as underground parking at AED 20 per hour. Parking tariffs in Dubai are set by the operator and change without notice.

The Beach JBR publishes hours for every day of the week, so unless it is a public holiday or an unannounced closure, yes. The hours that apply today are the ones in the table above, confirmed on the verification date at the foot of this page — and we do not publish a claim about today that the operator has not published.
