The official Dubai Fountain Lake Ride costs AED 75 per person and operates 17:45–22:45. It is a traditional wooden abra that glides across Burj Lake as the fountains run. Emaar sells it on its own ticketing site and also at the fountain itself.

Emaar describes it as a floating walkway at the base of Burj Khalifa along the lake's edge that brings you within 9 metres of the show. It is priced at AED 25, runs 17:45–22:45, and is sold on the same official Emaar platform as the Lake Ride.

The promenade along Dubai Mall's waterfront exit and the walkway on the Souk Al Bahar side of Burj Lake are both free public vantage points; the operator does not publish a ranked list of viewing spots.
