Yes, for a limited time. The first 4 hours are free Monday to Thursday, and the first 6 hours are free Friday to Sunday, in the Grand, Cinema and Fashion car parks. Zabeel Parking and Fountain Views Parking are free at all times, with no time limit.

On weekdays it's AED 20 for the 4th-5th hour, rising to AED 60, AED 80 and AED 100 by the 7th-8th hour, then AED 200 past 8 hours, AED 500 past 12 hours, and AED 1,000 for a full 24 hours. The same bands apply on weekends starting from the 6th hour.

It's ticketless: cameras read your number plate on entry and exit, and any fee owed is deducted automatically from a linked Salik account. There are no paper tickets, cash machines or barriers to lift.

Zabeel Parking and Fountain Views Parking are free at all times. Grand Parking, Cinema Parking and Fashion Parking are the three paid car parks, free only for the initial 4- or 6-hour window.
