Dubai at the top of the price list, and where the price stops being published
At the expensive end of Dubai, the interesting split is not between venues. It is between the operators who publish a number and the ones who do not. Ain Dubai publishes a rate for what it calls “Ain Dubai VIP”, a private cabin. Burj Al Arab, both Atlantis hotels and At.mosphere publish nothing you can read before you enquire. Both facts are useful; only one of them is ever reported.
The published high end
Every figure below is the entry-level price for the experience named, taken from the operator’s own site. Credit top-ups, gift vouchers and training courses are excluded: a AED 5,000 game card and a AED 4,500 diving qualification are real numbers, but neither is the price of an experience.

Two figures we deliberately left out. Loco Bear publishes “AED 5,000 = 6,500” — that is a prepaid credit denomination, and its entry is free. Deep Dive Dubai publishes AED 4,500 for GUE Basic Fundamentals, which is an entry-level training course, not a premium experience. Both would have made a more impressive table and neither is a price for doing something.
The names that publish nothing
We checked each of these on the operator’s own website and found no price. Burj Al Arab: the Inside Burj Al Arab tour and the Skyview Lounge publish dress code, age policy and hours — “8 years and above from 13:00 to 15:00, from 17:00 onwards 16 years and above” — but no figure. Atlantis: the Underwater Suite publishes its floor area and bed count and sends you to a booking engine; Ossiano publishes its Michelin star and no menu price; the dolphin experiences publish age rules and a phone number. At.mosphere publishes no minimum spend we could read. Bab Al Shams asks you to email for a pool pass.
This matters for a practical reason. A price you find for any of those did not come from the operator, which means nobody has committed to honouring it. Our editorial policy is that we do not republish a figure the operator does not publish, and the expensive end of Dubai is where that rule does the most work.
Where a published price comes with an expiry
HeliDubai does not have a venue page on this site, so the figures in this section are not backed by a price grid here the way every table row above is. They are quoted from the operator’s own site on the date in the footer and nowhere else.
HeliDubai publishes its full tour list with prices, and publishes them as a discount: the rates shown are described as a 20% promotion ending 30 September 2026, with the pre-discount figure printed beside each one. The 22-minute tour is AED 1,040 per passenger shared or AED 5,196 for a private flight of up to five, with a 115 kg per-seat limit and check-in 45 minutes before departure. A separate voucher option is AED 1,299 with six months’ validity. We publish the end date alongside the price because a promotional rate quoted without one becomes a wrong number in October.
Where the same operator publishes two prices
Deep Dive Dubai’s homepage tiles show AED 1,200 for scuba diving and AED 900 for freediving. Its own non-certified experience pages list packages from AED 1,800 and from AED 1,100. Both sets are published by the same operator on the same website, so we publish both rather than picking the one that makes a tidier table. The same pattern runs through the adventure operators.
Dining at the top
Restaurants are the one category where prices are genuinely published, because menus are published. We read 42 Dubai menus and ranked them by median main course rather than by a star rating, and the spread is wider than any list of “most expensive restaurants” suggests. FZN, Sexy Fish and Tatel each publish a full menu with prices; several better-known names do not publish one at all.
