Dubai waterpark cost calculator

Four Dubai waterparks, four different ways of publishing a price: a floor, a figure with VAT quoted separately, an online rate against a gate rate, and one operator that publishes nothing.

Wild Wadi day pass: from AED 199 — Jumeirah’s own site× 1 person= from AED 199

Both are published as “from” prices, which is a floor rather than a fare. Wild Wadi’s child rule is a height rule — 1.1 m — and the operator publishes no separate child price to apply it to, so every person above is charged at the same figure.

AED 166.95

AquaFun summer session: AED 159 — the operator’s own site+ 5% VAT, which the operator quotes separately: AED 7.95 per person= AED 166.95 per person, × 1 person= AED 166.95

AED 236.25

AquaFun regular day pass: AED 225 — the operator’s own site+ 5% VAT, quoted as “+ 5% VAT”: AED 11.25 per person= AED 236.25 per person, × 1 person= AED 236.25

The park is currently closed and the operator still publishes both figures. Under-3s enter free with ID, so subtract them from the count above — no other child price is published.

Not published

Atlantis publishes no day-pass price for Aquaventure on its own site — not for residents, not for visitors, and no child rule. Its gate price is stated to vary by season, without a table. There is no operator figure to multiply. We will not substitute a reseller’s.

This total is our arithmetic, not a published figure. Every input above is quoted from the source named beside it; the addition is ours, and it is shown line by line so you can check it. Not one of these four parks publishes a plain adult-and-child price list. Wild Wadi publishes two floors and a height rule with no child fare to attach it to; AquaFun quotes VAT separately, so the advertised figure is not what you pay; Legoland publishes an online rate and a gate rate for a park that is shut; and Aquaventure publishes nothing at all. The arithmetic is ours, every input is theirs.

The advertised figure is not the figure

AquaFun advertises AED 159 and AED 225 and adds “+ 5% VAT” beside them, so a family of four booking the regular day pass pays AED 945 against an advertised AED 900. Legoland Water Park’s online rate is AED 35 below the gate rate and requires a day’s notice, which is a discount for planning rather than a price.

Wild Wadi is the one worth reading twice: the resident and visitor floors differ by AED 50 a head, and both are “from”. The full published table, with what each operator leaves out, and whether a Wild Wadi annual pass pays for itself.

The other calculators

All of them work the same way: published inputs, named sources, the arithmetic shown, and the missing pieces stated.

Common questions

How much is a Dubai waterpark ticket?

Wild Wadi publishes from AED 149 for UAE residents and from AED 199 for visitors. AquaFun publishes AED 159 for a summer session and AED 225 for a regular day pass, both plus 5% VAT. Legoland Water Park publishes AED 295 online and AED 330 at the gate. Aquaventure publishes no price at all.

Do Dubai waterparks charge less for children?

None of the four publishes a child ticket price. Wild Wadi publishes a 1.1 metre height rule but no fare to attach to it, Legoland publishes free entry for under-3s with ID, and AquaFun states one price for all ages.

Why can't you tell me what Aquaventure costs?

Because Atlantis does not publish a day-pass price on its own site and states that the gate price varies by season without publishing the variation. Resellers quote figures for it; those are the reseller's prices, not the operator's, and this site does not carry them.
